Job Job Opportunity Details: We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient individuals to join our team as Picking and Packaging Specialists. Picking and Packaging Specialists play a vital role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining the quality of products.

Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders according to established procedures. Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging. Label and categorize packages for shipment. Utilize packing materials efficiently to minimize waste. Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory. Operate packing equipment and tools as needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Basic math skills for quantity verification.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move items. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
