Are you a dynamic individual with excellent managerial skills? We’re seeking an Assistant Night Manager to contribute to the success of our hotel in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage night operations in the hotel. Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests. Handle guest inquiries and concerns during the night shift. Coordinate with various departments to address guest needs. Supervise and support the night staff, including security personnel. Conduct regular inspections of the premises for security and safety. Assist in managing reservations and room assignments. Handle billing and financial transactions during the night. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Collaborate with the hotel management team for effective operations. Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle challenging situations and provide solutions. Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards. Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
