Maintenance Engineer I AFET I Dubai, UAE

Overview of the role:

The employee would be responsible to execute Maintenance related small and medium projects & casual Jobs in the role of Maintenance engineer in coordination with Service Manager for the specific requirements of various Security and Low voltage system Maintenance Contracts and Projects within estimated budget and cost

What you will do:

Responsible for:

• Carry out effective Maintenance, Projects and Casual Job tasks in coordination with Maintenance Lead
• Technical study and technical verification of the Jobs before execution
• Site coordination with Client, Sub Contractor, SIRA and Authority Inspectors and other official authorities/consultant and contractors
• Prepare necessary documents for approvals before and after execution of the Contract and projects
• Coordinate with client, Police, Consultant etc. for the necessary approvals that required for the client’s trade license issuing or renewal.
• Attend various inspection at site in coordination with Police & other consultants, prepare the site for the same and passing the inspections.
• Plan and schedule the maintenance execution. Completion of the maintenance tasks within expected stipulated time frame.
• Attend breakdown and do the needful rectification or suggestions. Provide Maintenance, Emergency services and technical support.
• Enthusiastic to learn new technologies and implementations. Self-motivated for quick learning of the existing systems.
• Prepare and attend meetings, communicate well with clients. Build, Maintain and Enhance business relationships with Customers & clients and other parties involved as applicable.
• Provide user Training and support to the end users and the designated clients representatives.
• Be available to customer service 24/7 for remote/onsite support when business needed.
