• Manages one or more projects at one or more customers. In doing so, they also provide specialist support to the employees involved in the project (Project Controller (PC), Project Assistant (PA)). Depending on the project requirements, they assume the role of project leader (PL). They liaise effectively with the customer during their project, the goal being sustainable customer satisfaction and future commercial development.
• Leads projects or sub-projects across all project phases in the THOST portfolio. They are responsible for the accurate and cost-effective execution of our projects. When carrying out their job, the applicable regulations and laws, relevant service specifications, objectives, project agreements as well as standards and procedures or special instructions, (e.g. dual control principle, confidentiality) must be observed.
• PM develops – if necessary, together with the Senior Project Manager (SPM) or as PL with the Team Leader (TL) – processing concepts and implements them with the project team. The PM has access to all of the project information necessary for their tasks. They check this, identify missing information and clarify contradictions.
• To ensure the successful completion of their tasks the PM is supported by the SPM and PL, especially with ongoing consultation, legally binding decisions, representation in higher level issues regarding the customer and through the coordination and confirmation of guidelines, service portfolios and acquisitions. They report project-related matters to the SPM or as PL to the TL. 
• Signatory regulations regarding external communication are to be safeguarded with the “dual control“ principle in accordance with the quality handbook and carried out together with the SPM, TL, SM or GL.
