
Role Purpose:
Responsible to source and recruit high caliber candidates in the Sub-Continent countries, Hospitality, Construction, Oil & Gas, Domestic, Healthcare, Facilities Management and Manufacturing Industries that meet the requirements of the company and clients
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the End-to-End Recruitment hiring process.
- Consult with Department Managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
- Write and post vacancy positions with job descriptions in all portals, career websites and social media.
- Source candidates by using portals (Bayt.com; Naukrigulf, Indeed, and LinkedIn).
- Evaluate and screen resumes.
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct telephone interview for the shortlisted candidates.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients.
- Help Recruitment Lead for recruiting methods and interview questions.
- Responsible to do reference check for the selected candidates ([ Managerial positions)
- Responsible to contact new employees’ and prepare onboarding sessions.
- Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
