Job Description:
- Manage operations (front office and back office) and ensure a high level of service to customers
- Set up the strategy for a large restaurant serving international cuisine complimented with alcohol license
- Responsible for P&L, you will be in charge of proposing and implementing all actions aimed at improving results and productivity
- Ensure that departments operate in accordance with both the country’s legislation and standards & procedures established internally by the Group
- Develop the team management policy and support heads of department and their staff in their professional development
