We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting sales, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

·      Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

·      Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team

·      Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads

·      Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products

·      Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone

·      Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets

·      Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed. 

·      Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to- increase productivity of sales

·      Create proposals and contracts that accurately reflect the services requested. This includes: word processing, creative writing, costing and research.
