- At least twelve years in a government entity or public institution as a manager of investment projects or in a similar position.
- Â Providing technical opinion regarding operational plans for operations, projects and initiatives, and aligning these plans with the requirements of the strategic objectives of the department and municipality.
- Implementation of operations and procedures for supervision and follow-up of investment projects and stages of development and follow-up.
- Investors’ performance and preparing and updating the necessary reports, such as monthly performance reports and time schedules and certificates of achievement, making the necessary periodic visits, preparing correspondence and memoranda, and Coordination with internal and external partners, investors and their representatives from consultants and contractors, if necessary, and any other additional tasks.
