
o  Conduct the manpower planning exercise and establish annual manpower budgets and report to Human Resource Authority.
o  Implement Emiratization Policy, Strategy, processes and performance monitoring through established systems and in alignment with HCM Division strategy.
o  Execute planned recruitment cycle (sourcing, hiring) and manage Talent Acquisition candidates’ profiles database.
o  Conduct and manage the employee onboarding process in coordination with relevant COMPANY’s sectors
o  Utilize various sourcing channels such as social media, job websites, career portal, recruitment agencies etc.
o  Prepare periodic Emiratization and recruitment reports to COMPANY Leadership and relevant government entities.
