DescriptionIdentify appropriate performance metrics aligned with client/customer considerations as well as target and operational constraints to develop a strategic frameworkDesign, implement and maintain a central database to ensure standard research methodologies are implemented while analysing data sources, designing surveys as well as product pricingUtilise data to conduct efficient market and economic feasibility studies to establish a culture of feedback, insights and data-driven decision makingIncorporate recommendations to improve existing processes and policies while staying abreast of international best practices to uphold the organisation’s standards in line with their objectives.

ProfileAn undergraduate degree in statistics, business management, economics, real estate, psychology, sociology, or any related field is required.Master’s degree in a related field is desirable.12 -15 years’ experience in the research/strategy/insights division with at least 3 years’ experience in a real estate consulting agencyStrong experience conducting market and economic research and feasibility studiesCurrent or previous Middle East/UAE experience is strongly preferredStrong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.Excellent verbal and written presentation skillsAbility to interact and engage with C-level management and executive leadership team
