DescriptionLiaise with senior management to understand requirements and ensure they are aligned to its’ long – term strategy.Utilise your data analysis and financial modelling skills to analyse financial statements and assess business plans to provide insights on financial impact and ROICreate reports and presentations incorporating metrics and data to demonstrate the impact of transformation and its alignment with strategic objectives.Act as a PMO during the transformation process, liaising with multiple stakeholders, including the C- suite, to deliver data drive insights to support their decision-making process
ProfileAn undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, public policy, finance, or engineering.An MBA or relevant master’s degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.At least 4 – 6 years’ experience in an international strategy consulting firm, with exposure to transformation engagements in the healthcare sectorStrong familiarity with strategic models, metrices and best practices with an aptitude for analytical work.Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.Excellent verbal and written presentation skillsAbility to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team
