Job Description: Â
- Interact with potential and existing customers walking in at the store
- Answer inquiries from interested parties through website inquiry, chats, social media, phone calls, emails
- Demonstrating new products and services as per customer’s request
- Submit admin report of products tally to manager
- Ensure smooth sales process from entering the sales to system, accepting payment thru cash/cards, packaging the products, and thanking the customer for business
