Job Title: Retail Cashier Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the store. Scan and process merchandise accurately at the checkout counter. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely and in compliance with store policies. Provide price information, discounts, and promotions to customers. Answer customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with returns or exchanges. Ensure the cash register and surrounding area are organized and well-maintained. Verify the authenticity of currency and checks to prevent fraud. Assist with bagging and packaging customer purchases. Collaborate with the team to keep the store clean and well-stocked. Follow security and loss prevention procedures to safeguard store assets.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar customer service role is beneficial but not required. Strong numerical and basic math skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Proficiency in operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems. Basic knowledge of store products and services.
