Job Title: School Bus Driver Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a school bus to transport students to and from school and related events. Ensure the well-being and safety of students during transit. Follow a set route and schedule, maintaining punctuality and adhering to traffic laws. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in safe and operational condition. Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring their safety. Maintain order and discipline on the bus, fostering a respectful and secure environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of incidents or accidents. Keep accurate records of route information, student ridership, and maintenance issues. Report any issues or concerns to the transportation supervisor.

Qualifications: Valid and clean driver’s license with the necessary endorsements. Completion of a school bus driver training program and passing of required tests (if applicable in your location). Strong commitment to safety and responsible driving. Good physical condition and ability to perform the job’s physical requirements, including assisting students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and a caring attitude toward students. Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations. Ability to follow a set schedule and route.
