Job Description:
- Manage team of minimum 5 multinationals on a daily basis of PJP operations
- Able to aim and report on revenue targets, different revenue streams (Home delivery, dine in, Take away), different costs (food cost, profit, labor cost, etc)
- Lead the team in ensuring they deliver excellent customer service at all times possible
- Take the lead in addressing customer special requests, inquiries, complains and manage quick, positive resolution
- Oversee rotation on schedules, employee requests on duty hours and extensions as needed
