Your Role: You would fit into the company culture! You should have experience in recruitment research across functions, excellent interviewing, profiling skills. Should have collectively managed mandates, have a consultative approach, and a solution-seeking mindset. Candidates need to carry research experience in the recruitment industry as you would have already gone through the trials and tribulations of changing goalposts. Recruitment experience will be a feather in the cap.
Be sufficiently roadworthy to be able to handle the near-impossible deadlines. Work in different time zones and work across different cultures and mindsets. The position would suit well with people who are networkers & hunters by nature with a large heart …as success in talent acquisition comes with a lot of blood and sweat!
