Designation: – QC INSPECTOR
Responsibilities & Skills required:-
– Knowledge of API / Measuring instruments / oilfield equipment MPI / hardness test
– Operating understanding PMI machine
– Calibration of measuring instruments and gauges
– Dimensional check – precision measuring equipment
-Checking of shaft
– NDT
Qualification & Experience required:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering desirable
– NDT Certification
– 3 years previous experience in a similar role essential in an oil and gas mechanical/workshop environment
– Product knowledge/exposure; Roteq: compressor, pumps, steam turbines, blowers,
gearboxes, fans
– Manufacture: Oilfield equipment, Manifold, Mandrels, Crossovers & Fittings
– Repair: Oilfield equipment, Manifold, Centrifuges, Mud pump
