Who You Are:

• Self-motivated Real Estate agent who enjoys helping people finding their dream home and building relationships.

• Hardworking and positive attitude is your middle name.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiation ability.

• Fluent in English. Added languages are an advantage – Arabic/Russian/Hindi/Urdu/Chinese.

• Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license and car.

• RERA certified preferred.

• Must START IMMEDIATELY.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert into appointments.

• Acquire thorough knowledge of off-plan developments and secondary market in Dubai.

• Prospect potential clients looking to buy & sell property in Dubai.

• Acquire, List, and Showcase secondary sale properties in Dubai.

• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.

• Maintain regular contact with all clients.

• Be well informed of the Real Estate market trends.
