MEP Supervisor – Facility Management

It is MANDATORY to have experience in MEP Site Supervision works.

To coordinate and expedite Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing related Activities for our FM division & lead the team of technicians .

Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and site schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; inventory levels, and solving fabrication / Installation problems. Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet Site Demands/ expectation. Analyze and prepare documents / Materials needed for the work site Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory. Responsible for reviewing the performance of the site development, inspection of site work, Inspection of Installation staff and Labours and also initiate on job training programs according to demonstrated needs.

Office Location & Salary Details

Office at D-Ring Road, Near to Lulu Hyper Market. Gross salary will be in the range of Qrs.5,500/- along with Transportation, Medical, Insurance, Leave Salary, Gratuity, Leave Air tickets etc.
