Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing tactics accordingly. Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging and impactful advertising materials, including digital content, print media, and promotional materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Additional certification in marketing or leadership is a plus. Proven experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on campaign management and team leadership. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and market research to drive informed marketing decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
