Requirements

·         Knowledge of Measurement devices (Press, Flow, Temperature, Moisture, Vibration, Speed, Density, Level) and ability to calibrate the same-Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)-Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

·         Knowledge of Servicing and pressure varies types of control valves , positioners service calibration and pressure testing as per FCI 70.1,

·         Ability to pass electrical, electronic and digital equipment troubleshooting tests.

·         Knowledge of pneumatic actuators servicing and pressure testing

·         Ability to analyze and interpret data, technical drawings, operating & maintenance instruction, and other information in order to complete duties

·         Experience with dismantling, lapping, assembling, and testing of Control valve, as per standards. Of OEM Fisher, Masonelan, Valvtek, etc..

·         Knowledge of lubricating instruments and replacing defective wiring and tubing.

·         Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and replace process instruments
