Support and follow the manager’s instructions at all times. *

Delegate floor staff duties and responsibilities in lieu of the manager *

Oversee all front of the house restaurant operations *

Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; to customer complaints tactfully and professionally *

Maintain quality control for all food served *

Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience *

Project future needs for goods, bar supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly *

Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards *

Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs *

Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports *

Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff *

Supports cashier, hostess and floor staff when needed. *

Constantly and independently learning and developing knowledge related to the business *

Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers and therapists *

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers *

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction *

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services *
