
We are looking for External Sales Advisor to join our team here in TVH Middle East FZE.
- You will be responsible for achieving sales and performance targets set by the company in the designated sales area.
- Â Planning effective sales visits and calls to existing customers and new prospects.In addition, to work closely with all internal colleagues, in order to maximize profitable business growth.
- Periodic customer visits to analyze and guide the purchase behavior of the customer
- Providing optimal assistance to customers in case of problems/complaints and – by doing so – offering a good service.
- Timely follow-up of leads provided by the company’s marketing department.
- Using local market knowledge, actively research prospects for the company’s current areas of operation.
- At each meeting with a customer/prospect, ensure that a clear action plan is agreed for any info required by the customer. Agreed feedback should be accurate and timely, as outlined in the company’s customer delight management program.
- Contacting potential customers based on lists provided by the marketing.
- Finding new leads personally based on the profound knowledge of the region.
- Attend exhibitions and (TVH) events.
