Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs. Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction targets. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer interactions. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
