
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in- person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Perform other clerical admin duties such as filling, photocopying, etc.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
