– Excellent understanding of all products owned by the company after training.
– Responsible for designing software requirement documentation and user manuals.
– Assist with the requirement gathering, design, and archiving of system requests on the proprietary software packages.
– Serve as liaison between IT and other business areas when needed.
– Assist the BA Manager in carrying out a series of meetings, workshops with stakeholders and product owners, technical and business discussions to define the scope of work and deliver the projects.
– Trains internal and external users on new and modified software and maintains documentation for each project.
– Ability to work independently with little supervision.
– Understanding of the industry direction and company motivations in order to identify and help drive state of the art solutions
– Experience in new developments and enhancement/support-type projects.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
– Understanding and application of UX.
– Knowledge of e-commerce merchant/PSP/gateway integrations.
– Knowledge of Affiliate programs.
– Experience in writing documentation, Manuals, and User guides.
– Good organization skills to maintain a collection of versioned documents.
– Work with diverse groups to develop a clear vision of the customer, industry, and corporate needs
– Ability to handle fluctuating workloads, conflicting priorities, and concurrent activities
