– Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
– Manage the supply chain from China and Bangladesh to Dubai, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished products.
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the third-party warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
– Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance with import and export regulations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
– Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.
– Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in all logistics operations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
– In-depth knowledge of international logistics operations, including import and export regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
– Experience working with 3rd party warehouse and fulfillment providers.
– Strong understanding of E-commerce logistics.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics software.
