Job Description: Â
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and upheld as per organization standards, and a safe environment is upheld for all customers, staff, and suppliers while achieving and maximizing occupancy targets
- Achieve and exceed Sales Targets and monthly team KPIs
- Train and Coach team members on effectively handling resolution of customer grievances and queries with minimum cost to the business
- Source brand partners and trends in line with the guidelines and targets set out by the business
- Implement and maintain professional grooming/dress code and suitable style for the environment at work by being a role model for the team, always showing the customers and brand partners what a great and innovative store looks like
