Job Description: Â
- Plan menus and design new dishes.
- Oversee the food preparation process, including chopping, cooking, and plating
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Manage the kitchen staff, including training and supervising cooks, dishwashers, and other staff.
- Work with the head chef to manage costs, including food and labor costs, and to create a budget for the kitchen
