Job Purpose:

Primarily engaged in the presales of technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities.

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·       To satisfy all requirements of the organization’s strategies, goals and objectives in terms of new business development in an economical and cost-effective manner.

·       Assess project scope, support proposal development, determine necessary resources

·       Assist with technical training of internal employees.

·       Helping management in Identifying New Sectors and New Opportunities

·       Present/demonstrate to clients about company solutions portfolio

·       Provide presales support to the sales team and attend initial meeting with clients to talk about company and present the solutions in general and support in opportunity closing.

·       Gather information, conceptualize, design, and validate solutions proposals

·       Conduct discussions with customers to identify their requirements and design solutions

·       Keep updated on the products developments in Coordination with Other Business Units Presales Teams.

·       Managing customer’s expectations, develop and actively engage customers

·       To monitor current Projects & identify possibilities of securing new business from them.

·       Attend customers enquiries and requirements and to prepare and submit proposals to sales

·       Participate in key technology and business value trainings.

·       Regularly review pipeline and activity, driving forward on closing opportunities.

·       Work with sales team on the planning of competitive strategy including business plans and action plans

·       Ensureevaluate partner readiness and commitment to deliver solutions

·       Build and maintain good business relations with the existing clients

·       Review the contract to ensure that the requirements of the customers are met.

·       Selecting the right skilled resource from the partners.

·       Timely response to RFP/RFQ/RFI’s, Proposal preparation & Supplier Management w.r.t. to invoices, LPO’s

·       Regularly review pipeline and activity, driving forward on closing opportunities.

·       Monitoring and Tracing of the Project Progress (Resources, Client and SupplierVendor)

·       Participating in business development efforts to drive growth

Technical Competencies

Education, Certifications and Professional Experience (Requiapply-d for satisfactory performance on the job)

Educational Qualification:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent

Professional Certifications:

·       As per partnership demands of the company

Experience:

·       3-5 years of sales experience in relevant industry.

Special Technical Skills:

·       Knowledge MS Office Applications, Excel, Power point, CRM
