Job Purpose:

The System Architect, as a part of the infrastructure implementation project team, is responsible to provide set of implementation & support services of new solutions to customers, and or help the infrastructure pre-sales team in building proper state of the art solutions

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·       Assigned complex and critical projects that involve several technical systems and constituents

·       Designs, implements, monitors, enhances and troubleshoots servers & storage systems in assigned projects

·       Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

·       Tests and reviews infrastructure system designs

·       Reviews project plans and designs, and advises on improvements

·       Prepare technical design and implementation documentation for systems infrastructure projects

·       Troubleshoot issues directly or indirectly related to server & storage systems from an end to end perspective

·       Support enterprise storage systems by responding to incidents, restoring service quickly, and investigating root causes for outages and maintaining incident logs

·       Contribute to the technology roadmap of the company

Technical Competencies

Education, Certifications and Professional Experience (Required for satisfactory performance on the job)

Educational Qualification:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent

Professional Certifications:

·       As per partnership demands of the company

Experience:

·       6-8 years of similar experience in relevant industry.

Special Technical Skills:

·       Solid knowledge in systems infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization
