Description
Our newly created role, Operations & Sales Executive will be responsible for helping identify trends in the market and deliver actionable campaigns to increase sales and conversion. Closely liaising with our Operations Coordinator to promote desirable offers to our members and maintain consistency across our site and app.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute campaigns to promote offers to members by understanding market trends & analysing data.
● On-boarding new partners and amending existing offers.
● Work closely & support the customer service team when necessary, becoming an expert on the systems used internally, providing training as needed.
● Responsible for consistent member-facing messaging on assets.
● Translation and approval of commercial assets across the site and App.
● Cross-functional deployment with other departments such as Marketing, Product and Tech for new product launches and campaigns.
● Liaising with 3rd party vendors to ensure B2B is growing sales & running as expected.
