
JOB FUNCTIONS:
•         Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
•         Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
•         Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
•         Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
•         Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
•         Creating and executing CRM processes that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce issues.
•         Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.
•         Ensuring the correctness of customer data and managing any data cleansing activities.
•         Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight, maximize usage and uptake.
•         Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
•         Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
•         New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
•         Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
•         Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
•         Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
JOB SUMMARY:
The below qualifications are required:
•         10 years+ experience in the Security Industry Management and has the capacity of being Business Development Manager in the UAE.
•         Ideally MBA graduate with an understanding of business concepts and strategy development.
