JOB FUNCTIONS:

•Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

•Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

•Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

•Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.

•Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

•Creating and executing CRM processes that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce issues.

•Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.

•Ensuring the correctness of customer data and managing any data cleansing activities.

•Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight, maximize usage and uptake.

•Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.

•Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

•New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.

•Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

•Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

•Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

JOB SUMMARY:

The below qualifications are required:

•10 years+ experience in the Security Industry Management and has the capacity of being Business Development Manager in the UAE.

•Ideally MBA graduate with an understanding of business concepts and strategy development.
