The Capply-dit Risk Analyst will support in the Risk Management of Captive Finance and In-house Finance (IHF) Capply-dit Risk Assessment functions. The person will be responsible for Portfolio Analytics and Underwriting for various Al-Futtaim Automotive portfolio. The job role will also involve escalation of cases which are beyond the delegated authority of person. Similarly, the person would receive escalation cases from levels below him. 

Job Responsibilities

• Support in development of a Capply-dit Risk Framework (Risk Policy Guidelines, Policy Renewal Program, Portfolio Capply-dit Management, Risk Process) for all segments (within UAE) and markets (across GCC)
• Performing detailed analytics (analysis of underwritten portfolio along with analysis of collections data).
• Create Risk reporting dashboards for various segments and countries
• This role will be actively involved in the underwriting process for IHF/Captive Finance 
• Proactively monitor key capply-dit risk metrics relating to product, channel, exceptions and vintage performance 
• Document performance versus risk profiles and thresholds
• Provide suggestions for improvement 
• Risk Management and reporting Underwrite Capply-dit Cases
• Prepare Capply-dit Appraisal reports for large value cases
• Risk management of residual values
• Supporting governance of residual values
• Maintenance of Risk Register
• Support Risk Reporting for all customer segments
• Manage annual policy review and portfolio thresholds 
• Ensure the understanding and acceptance of Risk criteria and KPIs at each level
• mplement and Monitor Capply-dit Delegation framework in line with Group / Risk requirement 
• Regular Process of Risk reporting for all segments and markets
• Create and Manage Training program for enhancing capabilities and improved risk decision making
• Support development of technology infrastructure including deployment of IT system and support in its development / enhancement Governance, Control, and Risk
• Understanding of Auto financing in GCC
• Understand technical/regulatory matters affecting the business.
