Assist the Vice President and Investment in preparing and conducting meetings as necessary, as well as assisting property managers with staff at the site level.
Monitors, assists and makes recommendations to improve marketing activities, and reviews occupancy status.
Reviews / reviews the areas of property management, accounting and maintenance to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; He agrees to all exceptions to himself.
Examine the properties to ensure that the highest standards are maintained, Evaluating maintenance, flooring and housekeeping operations in the areas of efficiency.
Conduct periodic inspection of vacant apartments for ready market condition.
Assists in or developing corrective asset management programs.
As a member of the Development Team, he participates in design, unit mix, rental rates determination, and other operational issues.
