Administrative assistant (male or female).

Marilon QFZ LLC is looking for a qualified administrative assistant (male or female).

His/her duties will include but not limited to:

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

• Typing, preparing reports, and filing

• Arranging and organizing appointments and meetings and taking meeting minutes,

• Managing databases

• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients

• Logging or processing bills and/or expenses Other requirements include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to adapt and learn new skills.

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Knowledge of Arabic language is preferapply-d, but not essential.

• Holding Qatari driver license is preferapply-d, but not essential.
