Job Objective:



• Provide technical expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM that includes Oracle Absence Management as well as Oracle

Payroll experience

• Strong Fast Formula experience (absence and payroll)

• Oracle EBS HCM with expertise in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher and experience in HCM cloud.

• Actively participate in all phases of a HCM project implementation lifecycle, functional requirements

• To work closely with other Cloud modules e.g. Payroll, Recruiting

• Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training,

deployment)

• Provide hands-on functional & configuration support for implemented ERP modules

• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion project

• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering

& Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.

• Experience with standard implementation activities, including requirements gathering solution design,

configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.
