– Relevant Experience in Real estate sector
– Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
– Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets
– Provide the best possible solution to customers.
– To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
– Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
– Negotiate terms and close the deal.
– Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
Skills
Min. 4-10 years experience in Real Estate.
Excellent communication skill in English.
Excellent dept. Management skills.
