Mycon Marketing Management is hiring ” Sales Managers ” and ” Business Development Managers ” for its retail banking division :-

1) Sales Manager  –  Retail Banking

* Must have 8 or more years of experience in retail banking division of credit cards/ personal loans in the U.A.E * Ability to build and manage a fleet of 100 + sales staff with an eagerness to expand the team. * Passionate to lead and achieve monthly/ yearly targets. * Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. * Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills * Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Masters degree will be a plus.

2) Business Development Manager  –  Retail Banking

* Minimum 5 or more years’ experience in the area of retail banking as business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the U.A.E * Excellent market and product knowledge in retail banking for example, cards and personal loans. * Competitor’s analysis to better strategize for business development strategies. * Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
