. JOB OBJECTIVE:

To support the CDO across a multitude of activities with a primary focus on business development: establish and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including existing and potential customers, consultants, lenders, supply chain partners, service providers and various government or industry organizations. Originate potential deals and develop them to a commercially agreed position. Perform financial analysis and lead due-diligence. Manage internal approvals. Lead final negotiations to a successful closing. 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Finance or equivalent  Master’s degree in engineering/Finance or equivalent preferred 

. Minimum Experience:  Overall 15 years experience in the field of Business Development and/ or Finance out of which  5 years’ experience in an investment banking or management consultancy roles with a top tier organization, or  3 years’ experience in a business development function with other energy utilities including renewables, power, water, gas or waste management organizations
