Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Vertical Sales Manager – Healthcare – SPS / PSS to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and business results in the Healthcare vertical in the MENA region for PSS reporting directly to the PSS MERTA Sales Director. You will be responsible for business development and growth with end users and channels to gain market share in brownfield and greenfield accounts.

 What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
Financial Performance:
- Deliver the revenue and pipeline in the respective vertical and manage the sales activities within the vertical in the respective region.
- Establish an MOS to feed into management reporting, support sales team on vertical initiatives, increase personal accountability, identify areas of risk with mitigation plans and provide input to the other functions to help deliver a better Customer Experience.
- Use SFDC as a CRM tool to monitor, manage and drive an increase sales performance
- Financial and business acumen; provides strategic coaching direction in deal development and risk assessment
- Drive New Product Introduction to address unmet customer needs and product gaps to win in the marketplace
- Executive sponsorship for select Strategic and Growth Customers
- Accurate forecast of orders and growth opportunities fed into SIOP

Business Relationships:
- Able to build relationships with the Executive Team of our key Customers and able to successfully present proposals at this level
- Leverage relationships with the customers in support of local sales strategies.
- Help provide VOC input for future product developments
- Work with Product marketing to define strategies and initiatives to attain growth through both direct and Distribution channels
- Partner with marketing to translate STRAP into deployment plans

Customers:
- Customer value management and pricing: Analysis of market dynamics and value chain proposition to target defined customer segments.
- Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team.
- Drive key growth initiatives with sales team.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential new key customers.
- Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts
