-Strong ability to bring business for getting new Tenants. – Marketing plan like social media Posting, advertising. -Showing and meeting the new inquiry for the properties like Buildings, Camps, Shops. -Filling and record for the new inquiry and follow up/feedback. -Coordinating with the Maintenance Team regarding for the complaints, issues of Tenants and fill everything for record. -Coordinating with the subcontractors, Checking Quotations. -Have the Market search for the Rent Prices and offers of the other real Estate for comparison. Knowledge of Rera Policies/ Real Estate -Making the new Contracts/ renewal Contracts, Attending the calls for the inquiry, team 24hrs if necessary. -Making Daily report/weekly report/monthly report and directly reporting to MD. -Should have driving License. -Experience should be 5YRS and above. -Can handle pressure and work as a team. -Flexible and can do multi-task. -Can Join Immediately -Priority
