Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is involved in some of the most innovative projects and programs, shaping the environment for the future generations. They are looking for an Urban Designer and Planner to work on large scale master planning of projects. You will be responsible for:

– Develop Master Plan and presentations for leadership approval

– Familiar with latest Real Estate Development Trends and Product Updates

– Support development of Scope of Services, RFPs and support Delivery strategies (design input) on master plan projects

– Coordinate with Consultants, Architectural/Design, Transportation and Infrastructure teams to ensure their design are in line with the developed master plan 

Requirements- Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Master Planning and Design/Urban Design/ Landscape Architecture

– 7+ years of experience in master planning, urban design and landscape architecture across asset classes with large scale consultants or developers/authorities

– Confident in client-facing and running project meetings internally and externally

– Proficient in master plan and urban design vision and sketching (hand sketch, digital sketch and CAD)

– Proficient in masterplan and urban design diagram creation (Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator)

– Experienced in Report creation and writing (Adobe Indesign, Word, Powerpoint)

– Experienced in landscape architecture visioning and concepts (hand sketch, adobe photoshop)
