Fly With Jeff is a growing Flight Booking Travel Agency based in Brazil with office in Business Bay, Dubai.
We are looking for a Travel Agent / Sales Person to join the team and help grow the business further in the UAE and the region.
Your responsibilities shall entail the below:
- Answer to client calls and email requests regarding flight enquiries and prices.
- Send invoices, receipts and follows up on payments.
- Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and B2C customers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
- Contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
