We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales through outbound telephone calls. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using company-provided leads or databases. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation. Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns to promote sales. Identify and qualify sales opportunities and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas. Negotiate and close sales deals, processing orders and payments as needed. Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends. Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop effective sales strategies. Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers. Handle objections and objections effectively to overcome potential barriers to sales. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitors’ offerings. Adhere to sales scripts and compliance with all relevant regulations. Maintain a positive and results-oriented attitude in a competitive sales environment. Other duties as assigned by the sales manager or supervisor.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a sales role. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Time management and organizational skills to meet sales targets. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Integrity and honesty in all sales interactions. Knowledge of the industry or product category is a plus.
