Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, generating, and building new business for the organization 
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about postpaid plans using scripts
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

• Professional working proficiency in English and Hindi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Visa requirements: Must be on dependent visa or freelance visa
