Key Responsibilities:

For Teacher:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Create a positive and engaging learning environment Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers Conduct assessments and maintain progress records For Day Care Staff:

Supervise and monitor children in a safe and supportive environment Assist with the implementation of daily routines and activities Provide basic care, including feeding and diapering Collaborate with teachers to ensure a cohesive learning and care experience Maintain a clean and organized day care area

Requirements: For Teacher: Early Childhood Education degree or relevant certification For Day Care Staff: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus Passion for working with young children and fostering their development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude First Aid and CPR certification is desirable
