As the Recruitment Specialist you will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, department managers and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment.
You will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and help to improve and implement the current process, championing best practice recruitment and striving to deliver a fantastic customer and candidate experience. You will be recruiting for a diverse group of positions across the GCC region and will be part of the regional recruitment team based in UAE.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to the on- boarding of candidates.
- Assist in the development of recruitment Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
- Develop company’s policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment and interviewing.
- Headhunt talent, target passive candidates and approach specific markets and organisations for roles and succession gaps.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Implement hiring processes and procedures, provide guidance and advise on routes to market & provide market and data insight to support the decision making process about the hiring.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct competency based interviews as well as identify and implement screening assessments where appropriate.
- Apply expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates via a variety of direct and indirect sourcing methods including advertising, job boards, LinkedIn, social media and headhunting.
- Generate regular updates for Management about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing, provide feedback and negotiate offers of employment.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees and candidates.
