·         Minimum: 4+ experience in GCC

·         Preferred knowledge on airline DCS applications such as Amadeus/Altea.

·         Preferred Certification Course in A+/CCNA/CCNP/MCSE/or MCP

·         Data Communications – TCP/IP, IPX, VPN, CISCO

·         Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Modems Servers, Routers, switches, fibre, copper etc.

Job Description:

·         Ensure that process and procedures are followed as per ITIL standards for IT Services and Support.

·         Ensure provides Day to day operational support to End User IT equipment on the IT incidents and ITSR in a timely manner.

·         Ensure that end-user equipment is secured and fully complaint across the organization.

·         Coordinate with multiple IT vendors, SITA, Telecom and ISP vendors to fix the incidents on-time.

·         Provide 2nd level support for Airline DCS applications.

·         Asset and Inventory Management for all IT systems.

·         Provide Telecom Services provisioning for outstation offices (PABX, MPLS, ADSL, Direct Lines)
