We are looking for a capable System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to ensuring the reliability and security of our systems.

Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications. Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Implement security measures to safeguard systems and data. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to users on system-related issues. Conduct regular system backups and recovery operations. Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend system improvements.

Requirements: Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and virtualization technologies. Experience with networking protocols and hardware. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Network+, etc.) would be advantageous.
